Dear Harbor Hill owners,

Attached please find a notice of filing for the sale motions filed with the court. The notice contains instructions on how to download copies of the sale motions currently before the court, as well as notice of the December 23 deadline for parties to file any objections to the procedures motion, and the January 4 hearing date for the procedures motion. Deadlines for objections to the sale motion itself, as well as a final hearing date, will be set by the court at a later date.

The court has also set March 31, 2017, as the extended deadline for Interval owners to filed claims with the court. I've attached that notice, along with a proof of claim form. However, please keep in mind that claims don't need to be submitted for several months and I expect that before that deadline I will make available on-line more detailed information about claims treatment. Most interval owners will not have to file a proof of claim.

Finally, I've attached a clean version of the ratification document for those who want it. Paper packages should be mailed out this week as well.
