A motion to employ a sales agent in the Harbor Hill case has been filed

Dear Harbor Hill owners,

Today I filed a motion to employ NCR Realty & Capital Advisors of MA, LLC as a sales agent. NCR is a national firm specializing in structured sales of commercial properties in limited time scales, with experience both in bankruptcy sales and timeshare closures. I selected them after soliciting requests for proposal from several brokers and auctioneers, and reviewing proposals provided by a number of competent sales agents. I am confident that NCR has the skills, experience, and contacts to maximize the recovery from a sale of the timeshare property.
