Harbor Hill at Provincetown - status and termination agreement riders

Dear Harbor Hill at Provincetown owners,

I appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the termination and sale process following the last Bankruptcy Court hearing.  We continue to move forward to properly terminate the Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust timeshare, and complete a sale of the real estate to the Town of Provincetown. In consultation with my real estate counsel and the town's attorneys I've determined that it is appropriate to include in the termination agreement a rider, disclosing the specific terms of the planned sale and clarifying other parts of the agreement. We will need everyone to sign and return the rider, which unfortunately does have to be notarized.

My office is mailing out the riders to everyone who has already signed and returned the original ratification, along with instructions and a return envelope. You should receive yours sometime by the end of next week. Please keep an eye out for it, and return it as soon as possible.
