Dear Harbor Hill at Provincetown interval owners,
This morning I filed a status report with the court, including the results of the survey I conducted. In the report, I conclude that reopening Harbor Hill as a timeshare is neither practicable nor in the best interest of the majority of owners. I've placed a copy of the report in the Google Drive at

You may have heard that building three has reopened, and have questions about how it can do that with the outstanding debt. It is owned by a separate trust and not part of the Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust. Indeed, the building 3 trust will be responsible for the back real estate taxes on its property, liable for contribution claims by the Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust for its share of Federal tax debts and other expenses, and responsible for replacing all of the services previously provide it by the Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust.
