Dear Harbor Hill interval owners,

I recently filed motions to obtain court approval to pay some estate expenses on an interim basis, including the fees and expenses of the auction company that handled the foreclosures, out of pocket expenses incurred by my firm and NRC in connection with the case, and back taxes due to the Town of Provincetown and the IRS.

Attached are notices of filing outlining the specific pleadings filed and containing instructions for downloading them. Also attached are copies of notices issued by the Court stating the objection and hearing deadlines.
