Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust Bankruptcy - status of sale

Dear interval owners,

I wanted to provide at least those on the Harbor Hill Bankruptcy mailing list with an update on the pending sale process. On Monday, the bankruptcy judge did not want to hold the final auction that day because of procedural errors, primarily the fact that the terms and conditions for the sale agreements were not the same for all of the bids. She directed me to file an amended sale motion based on the Town of Provincetown's $8.1 million dollar bid. I filed that sale motion today. 

The court will now set a deadline for interested parties to submit counter-offers to the Town of Provincetown's bid, and a new sale hearing date. When the court issues those dates, my office will provide notice of the dates to all creditors, including all of the interval owners.
