Dear Interval Owners,

On December 3, 2016, I filed with the bankruptcy court a motion for authority to enter into and approval of termination agreements, and a motion for authority to foreclose interval units with outstanding payments. Copies of a Notice of Filing are attached for each motion.

You can download the motions themselves on-line at:

Additional copies of these notices will be sent out by direct e-mails to all addresses available to my office, and by mail where e-mail is not available.

The official termination agreements will be mailed to owners shortly by NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC. Please keep an eye out for those packages. I greatly appreciate your reviewing, signing and returning the provided ratifications as soon as practicable. Please note that you do need to sign before a notary public. It is an inconvenience, but required by Massachusetts' state law.

If my records show a due amount, you will also receive a 90 day default notice. Please let me know if you receive a notice with incorrect information. Although I am asking the Court for authority to foreclose units with outstanding payments, please note that I do not plan to pursue a foreclosure  if the owner signs and returns the ratification.

Regards,
