A couple of people have e-mailed me that they, or a relative, require paper notice. Because of the large number of people involved in this case sending paper mailings for all communications is prohibitive. In addition, we are still collecting and assembling addresses for interval owners from the trust's records. This e-mail list is not intended to satisfy formal notice requirements - simply to allow me to communicate events to interested interval owners more frequently than I could through paper mailings.
The bankruptcy process does require that some forms of notice must be provided by mail. Where required, or essential to administrating the bankruptcy case, paper notice will be provided.
Recently added owners are reminded to review the prior e-mails sent for relevant information.
