Dear Harbor Hill at Provincetown Owners,

I'm pleased to let you know that the Harbortown at Provincetown Condominium Trust received four bids in the pending bankruptcy court sale process. The Town of Provincetown submitted the high bid, for about $8,100,000. You can read the report filed with the court at http://bit.ly/2gZ4xAl. A final auction and sale hearing is scheduled for February 27, at 11:00 am, at the bankruptcy court in Boston.

We are well along in the process of obtaining ratifications for the sale, and continue to receive more forms every day.  If you have not yet sent in a ratification, you can download the package at http://bit.ly/2hqN5Fk.
