Dear Harbor Hill at Provincetown Owners,
Because of procedural errors, on February 27, the bankruptcy court instructed me to refile the sale motion for Harbor Hill at Provincetown, seeking approval to sell the real estate to the high bidder, the Town of Provincetown, for about $8,100,000. I filed that motion on March 3, 2017, and on March 8, 2017, the court set a further deadline for interested buyers to submit counter-offers and set April 5, 2017, for further hearing.
Below is a Notice of Filing - Second Amended Sale Motion providing formal notice on these matters. Complete copies of the most recent pleadings are available online at http://bit.ly/2iR83kS. These are being provided to keep you informed of the process and also to satisfy court service requirements.
In addition, I've filed a request with the Court to extend the March 31, 2017, deadline for filing claims. I will be preparing and filing a motion to set further procedures for determining distributions to interval owners.
Finally, if you have not already signed and returned your ratification document, please do so at your earliest convenience.
