Dear interval owners,

Please note that the bankruptcy court has now officially extended the March 31, 2017, deadline for interval owners to file a proof of claim with the court. The deadline is extended generally at this time.

I will be filing with the court a motion seeking approval of special claims procedures for interval owners. Those proposed procedures will:

1. Allow most interval owners to receive their distribution without having to file anything with the court;
2. Provide all owners with more detail about the proposed distributions, and a meaningful opportunity to object if they think a mistake has been made in calculating their distribution; and
3. Provide clear, court approved, instructions and worksheets to allow interval owners to file proper claims IF they disagree with their proposed treatment or IF they fall into a category where they must file a claim (I will let you know if you fall into this category).

It will take some time to prepare and file this motion. A notice of the motion will be sent to all interval owners. So, please be patient and wait for these notices. There is no need to file anything with the court at this time to ensure your right to a distribution.
