On Behalf of many trortured victims in Europe, Canada, Australia, USA and other parts of the world, I am sending you this appeal to request a concerted effort with powerful patriotic Americans like Senators Patrick Leahy, Joe Biden, Arlen Specter and popular patriotic Canadian politicians like Deputy Leader of NDP Joe Comartin to investigate the serious attack on Human Rights taking place at present.
 
It can be summed in one sentence: The Military Security Complex do have the technology to track and torture people from thousands of kilometers away.
 
Most of the targets are used for experimentation purposes.

The core of the problem is the issue of control of the ARMED FORCES (and Security Services). There is an Institute in Switzerland called: The Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of the Armed Forces. They could be of help in issues related to research regarding this subject.
 
The situation in Canada is not promising. A Canadian Hero named Juliet O'Neill working as a reporter for the Ottawa Citizen faced serious harassment for trying to defend Canadians and the rule of law. 
 
Canadian Judges are trying very hard to defend the rule of law.
 
But again, the system allows organizations to operate without enough oversight from experienced and respectable figures. That is why Judicial oversight is vital for defending freedom. The level of education & experience a judge has allows him or her to assess the ramifications of human rights violations.
