of course, i have been working in HU only since the last year, but i
have gotten the chance to observe what is going on in our university
regarding the illegal imposition of HU's guards over the staffs. They
have full power to do what they wish at the expense of our staff
members' freedom, even basic freedom; because they can insult,
torture, and give you a slap. so please, let us discuss over it and
come up with it's solutions to curb the problem.

i think we have respect to each other - the guards should respect the
staff members and the staff members should also show some sense of
respect that the guards deserve.
thanks

Really, you raised an interesting Issue.Even I know instructors who were abused and taken to the prison for the whole night, and also I know one who declared his freedom on the guard by giving the "right" response by kicking and left the campus at the back get. But is it the ethical way the guards treat usand is it us who should react violently?  think it is better to hav a common stand to ask the university to see its reles and regulations back.

u have seen the root problem in this compus.but the problem is created
by us.they may be aggressive.
at that time ,when they become hot,we have to be cool.
