Dear All,

It is informed that the contenders for all the posts with respect to the Election 2018, Happy Windows Owners Welfare Association, Kattupakkam, Chennai - 56, with respect to substantiate the proof of Owner, any one of the following can be submitted with his/her ID along with the application :

1. Copy of Sale Deed (First Page) or 

2. Copy of Property Tax receipt

3. Copy of E.B. Card

4. Copy of Allotment letter (First Page)

The same may be applied for the Proposer and Seconder also.

Since I am contesting for President post, I would lkie to have the complete HW Owners mailing id, phone  number and list of owners and flat numbers.

This is required to reach out to them and explain the purpose of my team contesting and the status of the HW as of now.

Dear EO,

Why the mail replied to "happywindows election" goes to all the names in the google group.

Why the setting is "reply to  Happywindows google, Women happy  windows etc" instead of To "Election officer, Happy Windows"?

Please check and correct.
