 I, PK Saranathan, owner of flat 6F1, have been nominated for the President post to lead a team of energetic and dynamic leaders in our Happy Windows Association.

We, as a team, are releasing our Manifesto which covers holistically the challenges facing our community and the needs that are to be fulfilled to the satisfaction of all residents.

By this we strive to enhance the brand image of Happy Windows among Chennai-dwellings so that the ROI on your flat will go high in the years to come.

Dear Friends,

Firstly my hearty congratulations to the new Team which has already been emerged out in unanimity as a WINNER but for the post of Joint Treasurer & few blocks’ representatives, as a result of either due to the unwillingness of some HW owners whose very principles might not have allowed them to participate in community elections which demand “contesting & winning” or due to their acquaintance with the present challenges of HW.  

Nevertheless it’s our collective responsibility to offer our unconditional support to the NEW TEAM whose members in turn have plunged to offer their voluntary services for the betterment of our community in future.

  

My sincere appeal to the “To be President” would be, in the event of other candidates apart from those whose names mentioned in your well-presented ‘campaign key note’ getting elected for the respective positions, kindly accommodate them as well in your team so that let them not feel as if they are left alone.  

Looking forward to the tall promises becoming a reality as mentioned in the “Manifesto”

Thanks Mani for the lengthy note. Agree that who ever wins the other contested posts should be happily welcomed into the new team as they have volunteered to support the good cause of the society.

Looking forward for the new team post election s to take care of the society to reach the new goals in the manifesto and our support is with them.

As all of you aware our community elections have been scheduled on 25-03-2018 (Sunday).

 

I have given my nomination for the post of Joint Treasurer. 

 

My qualities are,

1.     Do not indulge in blaming others; own the responsibility for positives and negatives. 

2.     Transparency in dealing especially in finance matters which was appreciated in my previous living place.

3.     High quality work culture, ethics in work, being a person from a good family back ground and employee of a multinational company 

4.     I always choose a team with ethics and good work culture

5.     I encourage team work and motivate people doing good job

 

I nominated for this post because I’m interested to make our community a better living place and will bring more transparency in terms of account and fund status of our community.

 

I request all of you come forward & join hands together as a single Happy windows community and allow us to work for our betterment of this society.

 

As a contestant I wish to represent all the people living in the happy windows and work for everyone.

 

I request all the owners of the happy windows to cast your valuable vote to me to take our community to the next level.
