Re-newal of society registration & new committee incorporation - reg.

Dear Residents,

We, the management committee have initiated the renewal of  “Happy Windows Owners Welfare Association” & following documents were submitted at registrar of societies

1.Notice – Calling AGM

2.Minutes of Meeting of AGM with attendees signatures

3.Audit statement for fy 2016-17 – Original copy

4.Bye laws xerox copy

5.Copy of Association registration certificate

6.List of Owners for all 280 flats 

For the registration of the new team, as per the registrar of societies, we should have a special - A.G.M post election date, which should have 2/3 attendance approving the new committee and signatures to be enclosed with the MOM of Special AGM . however, we have requested the Liaison office to proceed with the 25th March 2018 election result signature copy (proof that the new committee is elected) which has been agreed. Request E.O to submit the completely signed election results declaration sheet in original to facilitate the above requirement at the earliest.

It may take ~15 days  (before end of April 2018) to get the  new committee registered list to handover the signing authority to the new committee. Till then, to facilitate the functioning of the society, the existing committee can coordinate in signing the cheques based on the written request of the new committee.
