Dear All,

Further to our meeting held on 18.2.18, after announcement of E.O & A E.O cum election legal advisor, the following is the election notification and schedule.

The voter list according to bye-law is displayed in all the 14 + 1 notice boards and 1 No. at Security room and a mail was circulated to all the residents.

ELECTION NOTICE - 2018

28^th February 2018.

Dear Members,

(Please refer the mail dt.18th Feb 2018 with regard to the elections of HWOWA)

All Resident Owners are eligible to contest for only any one of the posts mentioned below, provided he / she should not have any dues w.r.t to Maintenance Charges or Sinking Funds as mentioned in our Notice / Circular dated 27.02.2018.

Details of the posts of Executive Committee for which the nominations are invited from the registered owners of the society are as under:

1. President                     :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

2. Vice – President           :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

3. Secretary                     :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

4. Joint – Secretary          :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

5. Treasurer                     :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

6. Asst. Treasurer            :-       One ( 1 ) post [ Common to all types of BHK ]

7. Committee Members    :-       Twelve (12 ) posts [Two posts from each block]

Kindly note that Committee Members (referred in point # 7) are to be elected by the registered owners of the respective blocks only and therefore, nominations are to be ‘proposed’ and ‘seconded’ by the registered owners of respective blocks only.

Ref to the General meeting held on 18th February 2018, residents are required to send the duly filled in nomination form which are to be ‘proposed’ and ‘seconded’ by the registered owners.

Residents who want to contest can submit their filled in nomination form in sealed cover to the election officer IN PERSON or handover the same at association office.   Based on the nominations received, scrutiny will be made by the EO. Accordingly, the eligible nominations will be taken forward for elections to finalize on the new team of EC and Committee members.

Please send in your Nomination forms duly filled and signed at the earliest before the last date to enable us to consolidate and complete the exercise on time.

ELECTION SCHEDULE as shown in the Table below:

Date of Commencement for issue of Nominations	4^th March 2018, 10.00 A.M onwards
Last date for submission of Nominations to Election Officer	10^th March 2018 till 5.00 P.M
Last date for withdrawal of Nominations	13^th March 2018 till 5.00 P.M
Scrutiny of Nominations	14^th March 2018
Display of Nomination list on notice board	14^th March 2018 at 4PM

Date of Election	25^th March 2018 (S U N D A Y)
Place of Election Happy Windows	Multi-Purpose Hall
Time of Election	8.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M
Lunch Break	1.00 P.M to 2.00 P.M
Counting & declaration of results	25th March 2018 after 5.00 P.M

Yes It is displayed; also you sent the soft copy.

I requested for soft copy of the Owners list, their contact number and email detail for comunication.

Would you please share it?

Also, please send the expense statement file 2016-17; it is not opening and giving a message file corrupted.
