It sounds implausible, but then when I think about it, it makes sense.
Food is the only thing, next to air, that we TAKE INTO our bodies. Why
do we think that this stuff wouldn't have an effect on us in some way
or another, including our emotions?
Change your diet, add or subtract something, and see how you feel.
I notice that when I take in a lot more water and veggies, these
replace the sugar water and bread/pasta I would normally take in... and
I feel happier, more centered. (Plus, my poop is great! :-P )
