to Happiness
Now as Santhosh commented that forgetting your surroundings makes you
happy. Can't there be some way by which we can practice to make our
Mind forget the surroundings there by bringing it happiness. What was
it the saints of the (G)olden ages did. They practiced the art of
focusing their mind (just like how we focus our camera lens) but it
ain't that easy. But someone who masters it can be rest assured that
he wont lead into depressed state.
And another big word called as ExPeCtAtIoNs also plays a huge role.
You start to do something expecting that it would give you happiness
but then later find out that there is some deviation from the path
which your Mind expected now many loose happiness. Does it then mean
that expectations are wrong, no too much of expectation is what is
wrong.
A simple way to live your life would be to do small things which would
bring happiness onto your Loved ones Life rather than trying something
big where chances of things going wrong is pretty high. Is it not true
that Small Happiness though it is short lived is Long Remembered !!
