One thing to be noted here is that Happiness is just a state and you can choose to enter or leave this state by certain factors.

All of us would have heard about Anger management but it seems that Happiness is also something that can be "managed".

Karthi, I accept the statement quoted by you, yet it may not be suited
for all situations.
If happiness can be managed, then would it be possible to manage, to
be happy when we are totally sad.
well I can understand the implication of your message, wherein you try
to compare anger management with happiness management.

If that's the case what would be best way to manage happiness ?
Would it be possible to make ourself feel happy without any reason or
would it be reasonable to have any events to research our happiness
management.?

Why not you guys come up with a strategy to manage our happiness ..
may be any personal/online events ?

Some of these techniques are said to be able to manage our happiness
and stress among many others.

If you subscribe that we are all energy beings and that we're able to
disrupt and balance out the energy perhaps you can manage blocks and
subsequently "happiness"

Although Happiness is a combination of things like contentment, peace of mind etc, laughter is by far the most easily identifiable aspects of a happy state of mind.

Laughter therapy is a very widely used technique for inducing calmness when u r sad, mad or just plain sulky. This is also believed to be a type of medicine by many people which makes sense because we have already seen some threads here discussing happiness as a healthy state of mind.
