Has anyone successfully imported the Physionet MIMIC-IV FHIR demo dataset into HAPI JPA Starter?

The mimic-iv fhir dataset is distributed as a collection of ndjson.
MIMIC-IV Clinical Database Demo on FHIR v2.0 (physionet.org)
I have attempted (but failed) to bulk import it using /$import and the CLI tool.
I am using the JPA Starter project, with docker compose.
hapifhir/hapi-fhir-jpaserver-starter (github.com)
I have enabled bulk_export_enabled, bulk_import_enabled in the application.yaml - no luck.
I disabled auto_create_placeholder_reference_targets,  enforce_referential_integrity_on_write -- no luck.

I am a newbie to the JPA Starter project, no knowledge of the effect of the flags in the application.yaml..
Could use some input if anyone has relevant experience.
Thanks, Phil

I haven't - But if you give some detail about what's not working (i.e. specific error messages - see Getting Help for info) possibly there will be an obvious solution.

Cheers,
James
