Hello.

I've been searching for tools that assist in relational database mappings and transformations for FHIR and I've found the Open Mapping Service.

I have tried in several ways but I am not able to download FTE - FHIR Transform Engine (FTE) and Eclipse - Based Mapping and Transformation Tools through URLs:

Are these tools open source or commercial? How to obtain them?

Is there an example project we can use?

Anyone know anything?

Here is an example of using HAPI FHIR to a sql database  https://github.com/nhsconnect/careconnect-reference-implementation

You would need to create hibernate objects that match your own system (the database module in the example) and create your own transforms (see STU3 module).

I’m also looking at the FTE with a view to using it for messages. You may want to contact Robert Worden directly.
