FHIR Practical Use - FHIR Server Architecture

Hello, I'm FHIR developer living in South Korea.
My English might be a bit awkward. Thank u for your understanding.

I have developed using both HAPI FHIR JPA and HAPI FHIR Plain servers. 

However, in South Korea, these implementations have largely remained as research projects, and actual data exchange using these severs has not realized yet.

So I'm now making efforts to practically implement and utilize FHIR in South Korea for real-world applications. 

I have several questions regarding FHIR Server architecture.

I'm curious to find out if it's possible to fulfill the following requirements using only HAPI FHIR JPA server. 

Requirements

- need to share or synchronize in real-time the patient, hospital group, and user(doctors, nurses, medical staff, etc.) tables from an existing product's database. (Utilizing data from existing tables)

- User permission checks - Application of the IHE IUA Profile

- Handling binary data similar to IHE MHD, such as registering and downloading files larger than 5GB

- Handling hospital data exceeding 10 billion records. Capability to process billions of records
