Hello,

Is there support of $evaluate-measure functionality implemented in current version of STU 3 HAPI server?

I mean is it possible to use construction like following:

GET [base]/Measure/$evaluate-measure?measure=CMS146&periodStart=2014&periodEnd=2014

as it described here: http://hl7.org/fhir/2016Sep/cqif/cqif-quality-reporting.html

HAPI doesn't support this natively yet, although certainly much of the infrastructure is there in order to implement it..

Help wanted if anyone wants to work on it :)
