HAPI Public/Test Server

Hi All,

Unfortunately the HAPI FHIR test server ( http://hapi.fhir.org ) is having some network issues, and is currently unavailable.

I'm working with the HL7 network person at fixing this, but while that progresses I have temporarily put the server up at the following address:

http://test.hapifhir.io/

Just out of curiosity, what the root cause would be?

The server somehow lost its assigned IP, and I'm having trouble reaching the administrator for the fhir.org DNS server. Hoping that'll be resolved soon.
