Bulk Export and Import operation on HAPI FHIR Plain server

Hello,

Are the bulk data operation from the G(10) certification requirement supported on the Plain server?

If so can someone please point me to a resource to help set that up?

If not, are there plans to add that support to the plain server implementation?
