Converting Extended Operation working on HAPI FHIR to work with SmileCDR

I was wondering if anyone had experience converting an Extended Operation that works with HAPI FHIR to work with SmileCDR. 

We have built an Extended Operation to retrieve Patient resource data in a CSV format. It works. We then tried to apply it to SmileCDR. The Extended Operation is invoked in SmileCDR, but the Database query that is performed by the Extended Operation does not retireve any data when it is run under SmileCDR. It does retrieve data when it is run under HAPI FHIR. We used IResource Provider and IGeneric Client.

Can anyone suggest anything that we might need to do to get this to work on SmileCDR?
