Connect HAPI on Oracle 19c

Is it possible to use Oracle 19c as a database?
I found a topic on the internet, where it said that hibernate still doesn't have a dialect to work properly with 19c, what changes would be needed to work with 19c?

You can use one of Oracle previous versions dialects:

• org.hibernate.dialect.Oracle10gDialect
  
• org.hibernate.dialect.Oracle12cDialect

Unless you need some specific Oracle 19c feature, the chances of errors are low.

A new question arose in the creation of the database, about the charset and the national charset, we know that the national charset to be used is UFT8, but we don't know which charset to use, our language here is Portuguese-BR.

As far I know, this will make difference on backup/restore of you database.
