Need help: Trying to figure out interpretation of timeline for ONC Certification Criteria 170.315(g)(10) for FHIR APIs. Does the timeline of Dec 2022 means product shall be released and rolled out and deployed on all existing customers or it is product shall be released and ready to roll out by that time.

ONC specifies requirement deadlines for product certification.  CMS specifies requirements for use of certified functionality.

Thanks Keith,
Yes, For the final rule document, I did not get a clear understanding on the impact CMS Promoting Interoperability Program.
It only says
1. 2015 Edition Cures Update timing: 24 months from publication which effectively later defined as Dec 2022.
2. Impact on CMS PI programs: Added to 2015 Edition Base EHR Definition.

Thus not able to figure out, is it a certify product shall be available by Health IT Developer by that time <or> All deployments which previously have been participant in CMS program needs to be updated as well by this time.
