Change to tester/home/server_address

Hi all,

The ONC FAST Exchange effort is specifying that a FHIR responder provide both a public and private endpoint URL when working with an intermediary, and to ensure the fullUrl (and perhaps other values) references the public URL.  

For example:

Requestor -> <public URL> -> Intermediary -> <private URL> -> FHIR responder

with

fullUrl value = <public URL>...

Is there a way to configure HAPI to return a "public URL" in fields such as fullUrl?

I have tested changing the application.yaml tester/home/server_address, but that does not change the value of fullUrl in search responses.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
