Search AuditEvent by entity (type or what) QuestionnaireResponse + ID

Good Morning. Can someone tell me how would be the correct structure to perform an AuditEvent search by entity-type = QuestionnaireResponse, also having the ID of QuestionnaireResponse?

e.g: http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/AuditEvent?entity-type=questionnaireresponse&id=123

Or maybe by entity (what)? 

e.g: http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/AuditEvent?entity=http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/questionnaireresponse&id=123

The above are examples, surely incorrect. I would like to know the correct url to perform the search.

I think something is wrong with http://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4  or   http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4

I tried against Spark and was able to get response:  https://spark.incendi.no/fhir/AuditEvent?entity=Patient/example

Can anyone confirm if  server/AuditEvent?entity=QuestionnaireResponse/1234  it is the correct way to build the search?
