Error while using Data_requirement operation

to HAPI FHIR

I am using this operation Plandefinition-operation-data-requirements - FHIR v5.0.0-cibuild

data_requirement to know the requirements of the Measure which are already available in GITHUB. But while querying this I am getting the below error. Can anyone help me in moving further.
