Calculating the measure score for the real data

Hi Team. I am working on CQL .  I am using the hapi-fhir-jpaserver-starter. I could run the application and Sample Breast Cancer Screening is working for the Sample Patient  data created in that JSON. Can anyone suggest me how can I use the same Library for other Patients/ Or how can I create a new Library based on my requirement. Please reply if any one worked on this previously or presently working.
