valueset expansion not working on hapi.fhir.org

Looks like valueset expansion is not working today on hapi.fhir.org/baseR4. That is, updated valuesets are not being expanded.

Also, for some reason, I have been unable to expand a LOINC valueset on hapi.fhir.org or on our hosted server.  This is the valueset on hapi.fhir.org - https://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/ValueSet/ABC

The issue has been resolved on our hosted server. LOINC had not loaded correctly. With a reload of LOINC, the valueset expansion is working as expected.

Not sure why the LOINC load did not work in the first two attempts with the exact same steps.
