Load balancing and high availability on HAPI Server

Hi the community,

I am using HAPI FHIR as the interoperability server to facilitate the exchange of health data between 2 health Inf Syst. We are planning to add additional system this year and this could increase for the next year. I am a little bit concerned on the performance et availability of the postgres server. I have explored the use of pgBouncer and Pgpool but it is not working with HAPI server as it failed to connect to the DB.

Does someone have any idea or suggestion on the load balancing with HAPI FHIR.
