Quartz Task Concurrency Concerns

I see a handful of tasks that HAPI runs on a schedule that may have concurrency issues (i.e., should not be operating simultaneously from multiple servers operating on the same relational database), in particular:

• Valueset pre-expansion
• Resource reindexing
• Terminology reindexing
• Subscription triggering

Is it safe for all servers in a 4-node cluster to run these jobs concurrently?
