JavaScript client for HAPI FHIR

Do you have any recommendations for a JavaScript client which can communicate with the HAPI FHIR API? I am looking for something to handle the FHIR data model on the client. So far I have found this project: https://github.com/FHIR/fhir.js . Suggestions for other options or different architecture which avoids having to handle FHIR on the client are welcome.
