how to ETL data from HAPI JPA to OMOP CDM

Hi everyone!

I was wondering whether there was an easier way to ETL data from the JPA database to the CDM database model in a "almost real time" fashion, in absence of the RTM module included with SmileCDR.

Having a comprehensive and performant analytical module would make the argument to move to a FHIR based Clinical Repository to any decision maker so much easier.

Which would be the recommended approach?

The best & easiest way to move FHIR data to another database model in near-real-time is to use the Realtime Export feature of Smile CDR:
