How to use component-code-value-concept And What does the Key-Value Pair Syntax Look Like

Hey folks:

Am trying to use component-code-value-concept search with Observation. I cannot find the correct syntax nor example to use with a HTTP GET call to express the key-value pair.

Can anyone suggest a quick answer or reference example? Ideally I would like to AND the two terms for tupling rather than OR-ing the two terms.

Look at "composite search parameters" here for an example: http://hl7.org/fhir/search.html#composite

Be warned though that this is one feature that is not perfect in HAPI FHIR - This search parameter will work, but it can yield false positives (e.g. resources where the wanted code is in one component and the wanted value is in the other - the intent of this SP is only to find resources where both the code and value are in the same component).
