Marriage between and Benjamin James Hanslow and Esbert Green

Hi All

Am having problems with particulars of a possible marriage between a
Benjamin James Hanslow and Esbert Green. They had a son, of course
named him
Benjamin James on the 3 July 1876. The extract of birth 20293
indicates the
family lived at Sofala, Esbert was born at Bathurst, her age at the
date of
Ben's birth was 39. Witness to the birth was a Sophia Green. Have not
been
able to glean any facts from NSW GOV BDM records.


Can any one shed any light on this. I have varied information from
others
sources but cannot put everything into perspective. It maybe they were
never
married or the marriage was not recorded or the information on the
birth
was recorded incorrectly.


If you visit BDM it does reflect Elizabeth Perkins also was married to
a
Benjamin James and they had a son in the same year, you guess it,
called him
Benjamin James.


Of course, the Benjamin James 1834 could be the father in the above
instances, and is the son of Benjamin James 1805. This fact I am sure
of...
