Communication from JCF Management company.
It has come to our attention that residents are using outside spaces to dry clothes, particularly in the front facing green area and off balconies. Unfortunately, the terms of the lease restrict this activity and as such, can we please kindly request that residents refrain from drying their clothes outside? If you are drying items of clothing inside your property, please ensure that there is sufficient ventilation to prevent condensation.
