Vespa Bike Notice from JCF

Dear Leaseholders & Tenants,

I hope this notice finds you well.

It has come to our attention that a Vespa bike has been chained to a column and is parked on the footpaths within the estate.

This raises several concerns, including:
- Fire & Safety Risks: Obstructing footpaths could hinder evacuation routes in an emergency.
- Obstruction & Accessibility: The bike may cause difficulties for residents, particularly those with mobility needs.
- Estate Regulations: Parking or storing vehicles outside of designated spaced breach of estate rules.

If this bike belongs to you, could you please kindly inform us and have it moved to a designated parking space, else we may need to assume that the bike does not belong to a resident.
