Footwear & Personal Items in the Communal Area

During a recent site visit from JCF, they noticed that personal items, such as footwear, are being stored in the communal areas outside flat front doors. They kindly ask that all personal belongings be kept inside your flats, as items left in shared spaces can pose a trip hazard in the event of an emergency and may increase fire risks. Fire regulations and legislation are constantly under review, with the London Fire Brigade undertaking site visits with little notice, meaning that all residents must play their part in maintaining the constant safety and security of Hansler Court.
