Source code now available

The source code used to run the Hansard Prototype site is available to
download. It's available at http://code.google.com/p/hansard/downloads/list

It's just a zipped copy of the most recent version of the code, rather
than the code that runs on the site. That's quite a few weeks old.

Please note: this code is presently available 'AS-IS' - and, of
course, unsupported.

We hope to make further updates to the code available in future.
