The Kuly 2008 version of the source code used to run the Hansard
Prototype site is available to download. It's available at
http://code.google.com/p/hansard/downloads/list
It's a zipped copy of the most recent version of the code and is more
recent than the code that runs on the public site. This code is
available 'as-is' and is unsupported.
Just a reminder: you can also download the source XML file we parse
from http://www.hansard-archive.parliament.uk/
