Why is the site running slowly?

If the site is running slower than usual, it's most likely we're doing
something behind the scenes!

This might include:

- reindexing material to improve or add to search results

- adding new material to the site

- optimising certain features of the site

- altering or adding new functions

Please remember that the site is a prototype. We're not running a
production-level process: we're developing in public. We understand
that it may be frustrating to wait for some pages to load, but do bear
with us as we try to improve.
