The May 2008 version of the source code used to run the Hansard
Prototype site is available to download. It's available at
http://code.google.com/p/hansard/downloads/list
It's a zipped copy of the most recent version of the code, which is
rather more recent than the code that runs on the public site.
This code is presently available 'AS-IS' - and is unsupported.
