Mary Kay,
I just wanted to let you know that the Appraisal woman showed up at the house about 20 minutes ago, I was working from home for a few hours so I was able to let her in. Evidently the owner is late? Regardless, I just wanted to let you all know that I was able to let her in and she just finished her measurements. I don't have the owner's contact info and she said she would let him know she was all finished, but I figured I would let you know.
