Can you please let the tenant know that the roofer will not be coming today or tomorrow due to the weather. They need the roof to be relatively dry and no snow or ice on the roof. We will reschedule for next week.

As far as I'm aware the answer to both is no. Although, Joe did find the front water thing and got it shut off.

It has not been fixed. Though it is not leaking as frequently or as badly as before, the roof still sucks.
