Were we informed that a contractor would be here this morning? Unfortunately as we were unaware that he would be here none of us could be home to let him back into the house (as he was evidently here before Richard woke up this morning - again something that would have been avoided had we known in advance). Can you please provide him with the key in the lockbox to use? I apologize for the brevity of this email, it is a bust morning and i wanted to get this out as soon as possible. I should be back relatively early this afternoon as well should someone need to let him in.
